Title Transfer Tax (TAPU)

Tax amount: 4% of the cadastral value of the property.

Important: The cadastral value is usually lower than the market value and can differ from it by up to 50%, significantly reducing the tax burden.

Community Fee (Rayiç Bedeli)

Paid upon registration of the transaction and confirms the official value of the property with the municipality.

Foreign citizens: 2,800 TL

Döner Sermaye fee

Cadastral Office fee, the amount of which depends on the status of the parties to the transaction.
