  • the title deed is registered in your name;
  • you become the legal owner of the property;
  • The information is recorded in the state register.

Step 7. Receiving keys and subsequent support

After TAPU registration:

  • you receive the keys to the property;
  • utility services are connected;
  • if necessary, a residence permit is issued or an application for citizenship is submitted;
  • Property management and rental are possible.
